Quick fix - $44 inc GST
This session is perfect for:
- A quick task or issue that needs immediate attention.
- A phone or online meeting to discuss a project or plan the next steps.
- A screen share via Zoom for online training or a walkthrough of something you’re stuck on.
- This service can be purchased as a package in a 3, 5 or 10 pack discuss this with me and I will be happy arrange this.
Please note this is for current or past clients only.
Longer Support Session - $88 inc GST
This session is ideal for:
- Resolving more complex issues or technical challenges on your WordPress site.
- Customizing features or functionality to better suit your needs.
- Getting hands-on guidance or training to help you feel more confident managing your site.
- If you are NEW client please book in this session so that we can cover all the things, thereafter you are welcome book a Quick Fix Sessions as needed.

Prices for this kind of service will vary depending on the scope of what you need doing. I spend time with you to get to know your business and the project at hand. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- When can it be done?
You will be contacted to organise a mutual time for our appointment. The expected turnaround is 5-10working days, depending on our mutual availability. I invite you to please let me know ASAP if something is URGENT and I will accomodate.
- What sort of support during the package terms?
If you purchase a support package which spans over 6-8 months, you will have VIP email access for questions on email during that time.
- Do you work with other systems like Shopify and different themes?
Yes, I have worked with many different systems and themes. However, I will have to assess prior to starting your current configurations.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment is upfront and fee is non-refundable
- GST will be added to all Australian Residents
- Plugins and License fees are not included if your licenses have expired.
- If you purchase a Support Package, I will include a Gravity Forms & Divi Developer license valid for 1 year from the date of your purchase. Afterwhich it will expire if you are no longer using my services.
- Unused time does not roll over or is in credit after your period has expired.
- Support is provided via email, or via a booked appointment time for calls or video chat during my office hours.
You may email me anytime but I do not provide support out of hours or over weekends. I will not respond to general mobile calls, sms or messenger outside these times. If there is an emergency please contact via email stating its an emergency and I will do my best to accommodate.Thankyou for understanding my boundaries for my own mental health so that I may serve you best when the time comes.
