If you are, or a parent of a student who is studying in the areas of Design & Animation or Art it might be useful for you to have some 1 on 1 tutoring or mentoring to complement your studies.
In the past, I have taught high school, uni, and NDIS students as well as emerging artists and illustrators who need a bit of help in working with:
Traditional Drawing: helping with their drawing skills in general
Traditional Drawing: Seeing & drawing values and perspectives to improve their skills for when their art is taken into digital form
Taking their ideas and drawings into paintings and ways to go about it
Traditional Art & Painting: How to work better with mixing colours, acrylic paints, and mixed media techniques
Working with industry-standard graphics programs such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Design Principles and working with all the different components for design projects the fundamentals (not just the programs).
I have over 28years of industry experience in the Graphic Design and Web Design industry as well as 20-plus years as a professional artist.
There is only so much you can learn from the free tutorials and often hard to get that help for what is exactly in front of you and to see ways you can work through some of the hiccups that may be coming up.
When I work with people in this capacity, I pride myself on meeting you where you are at (no matter what that is) and being able to work together on what outcome you need, whether that’s for a particular assignment or maybe a personal project or expanding your skills for your career.
If you are interested in hearing more, please send me an email telling me a bit about you or your student and which areas you are looking to get some help with and we can organise a time to have a quick chat.
